We are hiring a Associate Site Reliability Engineer to join Polaris Technologies in Kirkland.

About the role
You'll help keep production systems healthy and observable. Under the guidance of senior SREs, you'll build and tune monitoring and alerting, write automation to replace manual toil, improve CI/CD pipelines, participate in a supported on-call rotation, and contribute to incident response and blameless postmortems. You'll learn how services behave under load and gradually own reliability improvements end to end.
What you will bring
You have a foundation in Linux, networking, and at least one scripting or programming language, plus curiosity about why systems fail. Early experience with cloud platforms, containers, or infrastructure as code helps. You ask good questions, document what you learn, and stay methodical during an incident.

Required Qualifications
- Foundation in Linux administration and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Go, or Bash
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, or monitoring tools
